잘못설치해서 오라클 12c 를 재설치 했는데, 오라클 설치시 처음 pluggable db 설정을 빼먹지 마세요~~

그리고 처음 apex 설치하고 포트까지 설정했는데, xdb 관련 팝업뜨면서 로그인 하라고 뜨면,

컴퓨터 재부팅 하고 하시면됩니다. ( 오라클 재기동을 하면 될것 같은데 그렇게 테스트않하고 그냥 재붓 했습니다. )

설치시 입력한 ADMIN 으로 로그인 하는 페이지 ( 참고로 저는 웹페이지때문에 8080을 쓰고 있어서 8282로 했습니다. )
